Job Title: Director of Marketing – Nutrition That Works

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview: As the Director of Marketing for Nutrition That Works, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will manage social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram, optimize our online presence to increase website traffic, and oversee the development and success of our online store.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Desired 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and driving engagement.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Experience in e-commerce and online store management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for wellness and nutrition.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
