Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support a 62-bed long-term care facility in Bridgewater, MA. This opportunity starts in June (possibly July) for 16 hours/week.

Experience: LTC and MDS experience preferred (not required)
Your Assignment Will Include:
- Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system (Point Click Care)
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS - Section K
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
- Licensed in Massachusetts (must be active prior to start date)
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
