Registered Dietitian – Part-Time | Kingsford, MI

Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support a 39-bed long-term care facility in Kingsford, MI. This opportunity starts ASAP with 4 hours/week of work.

• Location: Kingsford, MI

• Schedule: 4 hours/week

• Duration: Open-ended

• Facility Type: 39-bed long-term care facility

• Start Date: ASAP

• Drive Time: Offered for qualifying candidates

• Experience: LTC and MDS experience preferred (not required) 

Your Assignment Will Include:

• Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
• Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team 
• Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings 
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
• Completing MDS - Section K
• Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements:

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
• Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
