Description
Nutrition that Works, LLC is currently seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team! Opportunity is for an outpatient clinical in Raleigh, NC for 16-20 hours per week.

Position includes:
* Provide nutrition counseling and education for variety of patients including, but not limited to, prenatal care, diet-controlled diabetes, chronic disease management, obesity, and pediatrics
* Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
* Collaborate with IDT team
* Provide individualized nutrition recommendations and interventions
Requirements:
* Credentialed by the CDR
* Dietetic licensure
* Positive attitude
* Client centered
* Good communication skills
