Registered Dietitian – Part-Time | Flourtown, PA

Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support a long-term care facility in Flourtown, PA.

Highlights of the Role:

• Location: Flourtown, PA

• Schedule: 16-32 hours/week onsite (choose your hours based on your availability)

• Duration: Open-ended

• Facility Type: Short-term rehab and skilled long-term care

• Start Date: August 2025

• Experience: LTC and MDS experience preferred

Your Assignment Will Include:

• Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
• Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system 
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team 
• Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings 
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
• Completing MDS - Section K
• Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements:

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
• Licensed in Pennsylvania (must be active prior to start date)
• Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
