Description
Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a full time consultant dietitian to join our team. Our opportunity is serving an adult daycare facility, located in Gastonia, NC for 40 hours per week.
Enjoy a flexible schedule, excellent pay and drive time available!
Position includes:
* Completing clinical nutrition assessments
* Documentation with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
* Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings PRN
* Diet educations
* Some home visits with IDT team maybe needed
Requirements:
* Credentialed by the CDR
* Dietetic licensure
* Positive attitude
* Client centered
* Good communication skills
