Registered Dietitian – Part-Time or Full-Time | Weymouth, MA

Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support a long-term care and subacute rehab facility in Weymouth, MA. This opportunity starts in July for 16-40 hours/week onsite. This position is for a maternity coverage.

• Facility Type: Long-term care and subacute rehab facility

• Drive Time: Offered for qualifying candidates

• Experience: LTC, MDS, and survey experience preferred

• EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)

Your Assignment Will Include:

• Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
• Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system 
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team 
• Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings 
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
• Completing MDS - Section K
• Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements:

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
• Licensed in Massachusetts (must be active prior to start date)
• Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
