Registered Dietitian – Full-Time | Tarzana, CA

Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support a long-term care facility in Tarzana, CA. This opportunity starts in July for 40 hours/week. All hours must be completed onsite.

Highlights of the Role:

  • Location: Tarzana, CA

  • Schedule: 40 hours/week, onsite 

  • Duration: Open-ended, long-term

  • Facility Type: Long-term care facility

  • Start Date: July 2025

  • Experience: LTC and MDS experience required

  • EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)


Your Assignment Will Include:

  • Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
  • Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system 
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team 
  • Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings 
  • Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
  • Completing MDS - Section K
  • Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements:

  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
  • Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
