Registered Dietitian – Full-Time | Buffalo, NY

Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support an acute care facility in Buffalo, NY. This opportunity starts in July for 40 hours/week. 
 

Highlights of the Role:

• Duration: Open-ended, long-term

• Drive Time: Offered for qualifying candidates

• Experience: 2-3 years of acute care experience preferred 

Your Assignment Will Include:

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments and provide nutritional education
• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
• Collaborating with and functioning as a member of the interdisciplinary team 
• Monitoring nutritionally high-risk residents 
• Calculating enteral feedings
• Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements:

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
• Licensed in New York (must be active prior to start date)
• Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
