Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team! We have an exciting opportunity in serving our long-term care facility located in Ovid, MI for 24 hours/week.

Position includes:
    *     Conduct clinical nutrition assessments
    *     Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
    *     Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
    *     Complete the MDS required sections
    *     Calculate tube-feeding
    *   Provide recommendations for wounds and significant wt changes
Requirements:
    *    Credentialed by the CDR
    *    Dietetic Licensure - state if required
    *    Positive attitude
    *    Client Centered
    *    Good communication skills
