Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team.   A part time opportunity is available for 8-12 hours/week serving our long term care facility.  Enjoy a flexible schedule and excellent pay.
Position includes:
    *     Completion of required nutritional assessments in a timely fashion
    *     Review of sections in the MDS
    *     Monitoring of high risk residents including weights, enteral feedings and wounds
    *     Participate in care plan development and implementation
    *     Make nutritional recommendations to the team including medical staff

Requirements:
    *    Credentialed by the CDR
    *    Dietetic licensure
    *    Client centered
    *    Good communication skills
    *    Long term care experience a plus
